Coleslaw Side Dish
3 c. mixed cabbage both red and green (fresh is best, but bagged coleslaw is an option)
1 c. Shredded brussels sprouts
Dressing:
3/4 c mayo
1/4 c chopped pecans
3 T white vinegar
1-2 T sugar (we used monk fruit)
1 tsp Yellow mustard
1/4 black pepper
Refrigerate for at least and hour, lasts 5-7 days.
Amazing side dish for the winter months adding something fresh and uncooked onto your plate.
